We've been using this model for several years and have been very pleased overall. The only negative is the placement and durability of the RJ45 connectors. We've had several phones damaged when cables were unplugged or phones were moved, placing strain on the port. Still, we are pleased and will continue using the device.
Good phone for the money
Just an FYI - Aastra says that the 9143i is a full-duplex phone. It does full duplex on the handset but NOT on the speakerphone (at least, not in our testing). Other than that, it's a decent IP phone at a good price.
These phones are just perfect. I'd even go as far to say they are better than the Toshiba digital phones they replaced. Features are great, sound is superb, quality is top notch.
If I had one bad thing to say it would be the position of the ports on the bottom of the phone. Don't try to use a network cable with a boot on it, it won't work. Be careful with the plugs too as they are easy to break!
