ADTRAN is a unique company; instead of replacing models, they simply make their existing models better.

ADTRAN’s most recent release is the third generation of the Total Access 900e IP Business Gateways. If you’re not very familiar with ADTRAN, stay tuned; for the people who are familiar with ADTRAN, rest assured all the old Total Access 900e features are still included, and then some.

Adtran TA 900e Series

Total Access 900e IP Business Gateways are known as carrier-class gateways. A traditional service provider such as AT&T or Verizon use TDM switches for their services, and to transform those signals into IP service, you’ll need a gateway with a T1 interface. Here is where ADTRAN comes in. The Total Access line had previously offered a T1 interface, FXS ports, …

“You are the weakest link – goodbye! ”
–Anne Robinson

Do you remember that show? It seemed so unfair to call one person out like that. Life shouldn’t be so cruel. But there is one place where we feel comfortable calling out one player who can make or break the game and no, it’s not Ryan Fitzpatrick from the Buffalo Bills (although some may argue me here).  When you are setting up your network to support your business, your router is the backbone of the entire strategy.  If your router fails, your network fails. If your network fails, your business fails.  With one piece of the puzzle so heavily relied on don’t take chances by installing a sub-par piece of equipment.

I recently read …

Who is Obihai?
We recently had a chance to onboard a new supplier for VoIP Adapters, or ATA’s (Analog Telephone Adapters). Obihai, based out of Silicon Valley, CA, is a relatively new brand name on the horizon. The intellectual capital that built Obihai, however, is not.  Obihai’s foundation includes the very personnel who invented the ATA and engineered VoIP adapters for companies such as Sipura, Linksys, and Cisco.
Why Do We Need Another ATA?
With a plethora of low cost, well equipped VoIP adapters on the market, why are we so excited to offer yet another ATA?  Obihai has taken the ATA one step further on 2 key points. First, they have taken their 3 introductory models, the OBi100, OBi110, and OBi202, and added out …

President Obama Likes VoIP Supply’s Phones and Gateways

VoIP Supply was confident that this phone system would work just fine for their application. What we didn’t expect was President Obama to try it out for himself.

But, here he is visiting a Virginia campaign office, surprising the workers with pizza, and jumping on the phones VoIP …

In the 3 years since VoIP Supply started representing and selling 3CX VoIP Phone system we have seen an amazing increase year over year and quarter over quarter in interest from businesses worldwide of all shapes and sizes.  Perhaps there is something to this growing trend… maybe a Windows-based IP phone system is the right choice for you… Let’s review the Why’s and Why Not’s of running a 3CX phone system.

Why 3CX?

Software-Based

Unlike many of the other VoIP systems that are on the market, 3CX is a software solution. When you buy 3CX you will not receive any deliverable hardware, only a license keycode. This is a big PLUS because it allows3CX My Phone Window you to load the software on any hardware device you choose, as …
