A serial entrepreneur since his childhood, Ben has built several companies over the past fifteen years, all growing rapidly and successfully and eventually being acquired. His last was sold to a French telecom company in 2001 after six years of growth as a hosted interactive voice response service bureau and custom software development company. Ben is a hands-on leader who draws on his past experiences in business start-up and management as well as technical expertise in telephony, software development and practical software application to bring VoIP Supply's vision to life. With a specific focus on VoIP Supply's strategy development and implementation, Ben also manages the needs of each department and their dependencies on one another in order to ensure the continued growth of the company.

Ben has won several awards including Buffalo's Forty Under 40 in 2006, making the list at the age of 33. Ben was recently voted on the board of InfoTech Niagara, the Buffalo region's premier technology organization, which draws tech professionals from all over the Western New York area. Ben spent several years attending college both at Canisius College and State University at Buffalo with various studies related to computer science and Japanese language/culture. Ben opted to drop out of college to work full time and to eventually start his own company several years later.

Ben juggles each day as a CEO with being a husband and father of three young boys. Outside of the office, he is active in their schooling and sporting activities either assisting the coaching staff or cheering from the sidelines.

Brett Crandall, Chief Operating Officer

With an interest in emerging technologies since the advent of the Personal Computer (PC), Brett brings his more than 15 years of distribution experience and management to VoIP Supply. Brett joined the company in 2005 as the Vice President of Sales, quickly taking the sales team from four to twelve while maintaining consistent month over month revenue growth. Brett was promoted to his current position as Chief Operating Office in 2006 and is dedicated to working with the management staff and associates in each department to create a solid, effective organizational operations and execution environment focused on delivering the company's strategic goals. As the company has grown Brett has played a crucial role in four facility expansions; a complete infrastructure migration including all Servers, Desktops, Network and Phone Systems in addition to the recent ERP migration.

Brett came to VoIP Supply as a highly decorated sales and management professional, having won multiple Presidents Club Awards for Fortune 100 companies Ingram Micro, Inc. and Computer Associates, Inc. Brett majored in Economics and Computer Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo where as a sophomore he began a career in the distribution channel working for local technology wholesaler, The Advantage Company.

Outside the office Brett and his wife share a passion for travel, having visited more than twenty countries, most recently Venice, Italy. Hobbies include carpentry and integrating the newest emerging technologies into the home.

Paula Griffo, Director of Finance / Controller

Chief Financial Officer

Matching an unwavering work ethic and passion for finance with an accomplished and diverse background in the field of corporate accounting, Paula brings over a decade of experience to VoIP Supply. Since joining the company in April of 2007, Paula has provided strong leadership in transitioning VoIP Supply's finance department through the implementation of a number of initiatives designed to establish various internal controls, development of strong financial statements and the utilization of financial analytics to make sound business decisions. With her recent promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Paula is responsible for the strategic direction, operation and management of VoIP Supply's financial resources.

Prior to VoIP Supply, Paula was the Chief Financial Officer for a Harborcreek, PA organization where she successfully lobbied state officials for $3 million dollars in funding for a new organizational initiative. Paula also brings her entrepreneurial experience to VoIP Supply, having previously owned her own accounting practice where she acted as the CFO for businesses in transition with a focus on pre-audit work. Paula holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Accounting, has a Certified Public Accountant License and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Garrett Smith, Director of Marketing and Business Development

A noted VoIP industry expert and thought leader, with over 2,000 articles and seven guides to VoIP equipment published, Garrett brings passion, an entrepreneurial spirit and almost a decade of marketing expertise to VoIP Supply. Starting his career in marketing out of his dorm room helping companies sell their products and services on the Internet, Garrett is tasked with revenue, profit and market share growth for VoIP Supply. Prior to being named Chief Marketing Officer, Garrett was VoIP Supply's Director of Marketing and Business Development where he lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of VoIP Supply's marketing and business development efforts which has resulted in the creation of one of the industry.s most well-known and respected brands. As one of VoIP Supply's first employees, Garrett has held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles since joining the company in 2003 which has allowed him to gain a diverse set of revenue generating skills that include in-depth knowledge of search engine marketing, ecommerce, social media and telesales that have enabled him to flourish in every role he has held.

A frequent contributor to industry publications, Garrett was named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in the VoIP industry by VoIP News in 2006 and is frequently called upon by industry executives for valuable insight into the direction of the VoIP marketplace. Before coming to VoIP Supply, Garrett was instrumental in the launch and growth of T-Mobile USA's national retail accounts in Upstate New York and has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

Scott Dicey, Director of Warehouse Operations

With almost 20 years of logistics experience, Scott directs the company's logistical services and oversees all warehouse operations ensuring fast turnaround time and responsive customer communication at every point in the shipping process. Since joining VoIP Supply in 2005, Scott has continually refined VoIP Supply's warehouse operations which have enabled a number of key service offerings, such as device configuration and fulfillment services for VoIP service providers. A tireless worker, Scott has earned several advanced professional certifications in logistics and management over the last three years, in addition to being nominated by his peers the last two years as the company MVP. Prior to joining VoIP Supply, Scott spent 15 years with FedEx in a variety of logistics roles.
