Dual 100FT Cat5e Plenum Runs Scope of Work

The following details the supply, installation, termination, testing and labeling of two (2) 4 Pair Category 5e Plenum Cable On Premise for Voice or Data (0-100ft)

• VoIP Supply shall arrive at the designated site, make contact with the site representative and confirm arrival with Client's central point of contact.
• VoIP Supply shall locate the Client designated work area and Client provided materials (if any) required for completion of the scope of work.
• VoIP Supply shall conduct an visual inspection of Client provided materials (if any) to ensure presence and serviceability of all required items.
• VoIP Supply shall install, terminate, test and label one (1) surface or flush mount box containing two (2) Category 5e RJ-45 jack at the designated location.
• VoIP Supply shall install, terminate, test and label two (2) 4 pair Category 5e plenum 24 AWG UTP cable on premises between the surface or flush mount box and Client designated location (to be described in the Special Instructions field provided).
• At the completion of this scope of work, VoIP Supply shall clean up and dispose of any debris in the immediate work area and continue to remaining activities or contact Client's central point of contact for further instruction.
