Great Choice for Skype & Voip
Just upgraded from Skype Freetalk Everyman to Freetalk Freedom headset. They look the same, however Freedom has better speaker fidelity. Not sure if mic is better, but both have very good mic quality.
doesn't last long
i bought mine off an auction site and im glad i did because this headset has great felxability but the people at freetalk used the same techniqe to mount arms on office chairs- a little screw with a cap on the end, after about 1 1/2 months of usage 1 of thoose came off, i found the screw but not the cap and about every week the screw will come out while im playing some mmo and the only reason it says on is because of 2 wires that dangles it... about 15 minutes ago the mic side of the headset warped at the secton that conects the speaker to the overhead wire... while i was typing that the tiny screw came out and now i cant find it
the wireless headset mic quality is great but the speaker quality is about 3/4s of the quality that 2 speakers have (aka not surround sound) i compared this also with a koss wired headset and proved alot worse quality, on skype this thing is great but not for everyday use
