Customer Service
 
Title: Customer Service Representative Posted Date: 2008-03-13 Wages: 11.00 to $15 per hour

Responsible for answering incoming customer inquires and the processing of their needs through our internal systems. Representative will ensure customer satisfaction through outbound call activities. Must possess strong communication and phone skills. Will also assist with processing returned orders. Opportunity also exists for bi-lingual Customer Service rep. Spanish fluency required. Hours are 9-6
Sales

We are looking for an experienced technical mind with previous Voice over IP experience for technical trainings and support for our customers and sales staff. Reporting to the Director of Sales, our VoIP sales engineers are tasked with a wide variety of technical duties, from pre-sales support, to post sales technical service.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand our product line and be able to assist our internal sales staff with technical questions.
  • Work with customers on a pre-sales basis to provide solutions that work for their needs
  • Provide post-sales support for our customers through a ticketing system, and maintain accurate knowledge base data
  • Learning new technologies, and earning certifications through self-managed research, and vendor trainings
  • Developing and delivering effective technical trainings

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Data Networking protocols (SMTP, SNMP, HTTP/S, DNS, DHCP, POP3, TFTP,FTP, SFTP)
  • Moderate to advanced understanding of the Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Ability, drive, and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to effectively deliver training material to others

Provide expertise and consultation to the Director of Business Development/Marketing while overseeing the daily management of a wide variety of online initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on bottom-line results. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative mind.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage search engine advertising campaigns to improve revenues while maximizing pay-per-click (PPC) costs.
  • Manage comparison shopping engine program to improve revenues while minimizing PPC costs.
  • Manage product data feeds to affiliates and channel partners to optimize profits.
  • Identify online marketing and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of affiliate program, including managing relationships, providing incentives to increase revenue, recruiting new affiliates and retaining current affiliates.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of broad-based Marketing experience. BS/BA degree in Marketing a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing online marketing activities including; search engine advertising, consumer shopping engine campaigns, and or affiliate marketing programs .
  • Knowledge and experience with search engine optimization a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mind and ability to "think-outside-the-box".

Accounting
 
Title: Accounting Specialist Posted Date: 2008-04-25 Wages: $11.00 -17.50 per hr

AR: Process sales orders by charging customer's credit cards. Obtain authorization from banks. Cancel/void orders as required. Process credit memeos & refunds as part of returns process. Respond to e-mails addressed to "AR" AP: Apply vendor wire payments to invoices. Match vendor invoices to purchase orders in Great Plains system. Complete vendor credit applications. Hours 9-6, M-F. Must be flexible, attention to detail
 
 
Title: Accounting Manager Posted Date: 2008-05-02 Wages: $40,000 + DOE

Will be responsible for organizing & maintaining all general accounting activities and functions. Asist with month & year-end closings,account reconciliation, overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the accounting department. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash functions. Assist in development of budgets & forecast. Prepare managerial reports as required
