Good phone...great quality sound. Excellent value.
Good entry level phone
I bought these phones for my office and they're pretty good. No real complaints about them other than their interface which looks like it was made in the 90's. Honestly, hold down four buttons on boot, spin around three times and sacrifice a small animal in order to program the phone!? In this age of auto-detection, iPhone touch screen interfaces and microwave popcorn, you'd think that they could have designed a friendlier interface. If you doubt me then I challenge you to accept an incoming call while you're already on a call... couldn't do it... had to read the manual... still couldn't do it... had to email tech support of my VoIP provider who was able to tell me the secret handshake. Hey Polycom! How about a web interface for programming the phone? My $60 router has one. Even my $100 IP video camera has one. Why do you have buttons on your phone at all? My iPhone doesn't. OK... so I have pretty high expectations... honestly, the phones work great once set up and they are well manufactured. I will buy more as our office expands. Buying through voipsupply.com was easy and hassle-free.
