best bang for buck
Reviewed by Graham Saathoff on 11/30/09
We recently migrated all of our office phones to Polycom 320’s. Call quality is good, and the 320 has enough features for most users. Configuration can be a bit tricky depending on the type of PBX you use (we use FreeSwitch).
My only significant gripe about this phone is that it must be rebooted after every configuration change made in the web interface, and rebooting can take a couple minutes. Make 10 changes and you’ll probably be fairly frustrated by the delay.
That said, the 320 is a decent IP phone that will work well for most applications.

The IP 320 is easy to setup and works well. One great feature is the dual purpose base, it can be turned around and used as a wall mount.
We are using this product with Asterisk.
