The TDM800P can also be used in conjunction with Digium\u2019s Carrier-grade and software-based High Performance Echo Canceller (HPEC). Digium’s HPEC offers Toll-Quality echo cancellation on a global scale. The HPEC solution uses the industry standard algorithm, G.168, for connections to the PSTN and is designed to operate under 32-bit and 64-bit Linux platforms. The HPEC provides echo cancellation for configurable tail lengths of 16ms (128 taps), 32ms (256 taps), 64ms (512 taps) and 128ms (1024 taps), on a per channel basis.<\/p>\n
