Can I please have some help doing that?<\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> To unlock the phones (access the advanced settings menu) enter &#8220;456&#8221;. This should be the default password.\u00a0Or you can also go into the web interface of the phones and disable the phone lock feature. Under the &#8220;Settings&#8221; tab you will see &#8220;Phone Lock&#8221;.
