My phone is showing up under zero config but I get &#8220;Account is not registered&#8221;. What am I overlooking?<\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> You must create the extension first and then assign the extension in Zero config by clicking on the edit (&#8220;pencil icon&#8221;) and then drop down to the Account, you will see the extension there and this will associate with the IP address of the phone.
