Some features might not work because they were designed to work with Grandstream devices only but in terms of the functionality, it should not be a problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Question 2 What about an Active Directory or some other directory client on the UCMs?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Answer:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Yes, you can use the Active Directory on either the UCMs or on the GXP phones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Question 3: How do we set up Affinity desktop client?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Answer:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> After <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandstream.com\/support\/resources\/?title=GXP2170\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">downloading the application through the \u201cResources\u201d section of any GXP phone\u2019s product page on Grandstream.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can choose Simple, Advanced or Discovery setup mode. You can reach out to our help desk and select the region when you open a ticket in the system and we will get back to you with a more accurate answer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Question 5: The Grandstream 6510 UCM had a USB port, do other UCM models have that too? <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Answer: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is correct! All the UCM models come with a SD card port for external storage and a USB port that you can use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Question 6: Is there a Cloud version of the UCM6200? <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Answer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not as of right now, all the UCMs are IP PBX appliances, not in the cloud yet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More Questions?
