Last year, your sales number was measured every quarter, this year, instead of reviewing every quarter, we are going to review your performance every 6 months. Starting in 2019, you will keep your status for 6 months and be promoted or demoted after that time period. The promotion will happen anytime during the 6 months when you reach the partner level goal, but the demotion will only be at the end of the 6 months period. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q 3: Will we need to recertify on the version 16?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A: Yes, we do need recertification on version 16 to keep people up-to-date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q 4: Have there been any upgrades on the Call Center app?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A: Yes, we put in a lot of new features to the web application such as call routing. There are a lot of updates but nothing has been published on our website yet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q 5: Is there an estimated time to market for v16?
