How to Configure the Algo 8039 Video Intercom<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Find the IP address of your Algo 8061 <\/b>– You can find it by using <\/span>the locator tool from Algo\u2019s website<\/span><\/a>. This tool displays all of the Algo devices available on the network, and their corresponding IP addresses.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Point your browser to the IP address.<\/b> The 8061 Control Panel will be displayed. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Log in<\/b> with a default password \u201c<\/span>algo<\/b>\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Set a password: <\/b>Go to the <\/span>Config <\/b>page and set a password in the Door Control Password field in the <\/span>Features <\/b>section. You will need this password when configuring the 8039 with the device.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The 8039 can be configured from the web interface. <\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Find IP address of your Algo 8039:<\/b> Press the blue call button to hear the IP address over the speaker.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Log in via the IP address:<\/b> Log into the 8039 Control Panel (default password is algo) and go to the Basic Settings > Door Control tab<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter the IP address of the 8061<\/b> in the \u201cNetwork Door Controller Address\u201d field and the associated password in the \u201cNetwork Door Controller Password\u201d field. This will be used to authenticate the link between the 8061 and 8039 <\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Enter a \u201cMomentary Open Code\u201d. <\/b>This is a 1-4 digit DTMF code that can be used to unlock the door for a brief period of time (Default: 6) <\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Set the \u201cDuration\u201d<\/b> during which the door will be unlocked (Default: 3 seconds) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
