To accomplish this, first you need to find out if your user has a SIP phone extension. If not, you will need to create an extension first and then use Manage Phones tool to assign a phone to a user\u2019s main extension. Let\u2019s go through the steps together:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Open <\/span>Setup > Extensions:<\/b>To create extensions and find the <\/span>Manage Phones<\/b> tool for an extension.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
