Simply go to Settings&gt; General&gt; Emergency Numbers section and from there you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Add Emergency Numbers &#8211; <\/strong>manage and add your local emergency numbers and set extension and group filtering criteria and SIP trunk routes.<\/li><li><strong>Add Message Template<\/strong> &#8211; this can be used for chat and email notifications during emergency events<\/li><li><strong>Set Notifications &#8211; <\/strong>notify your team when an emergency call is made<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More 3CX V16 Updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s not all!
