Having different ringtones for different departments can be helpful. It\u2019s also a nice feature to have for calls that might be more important that others!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this week we are going to walk through how to update the default ringtone on Sangoma\u2019s new P310<\/a> and P315<\/a> IP phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. First press the More<\/strong> softkey. <\/li>
  2. Then click the Menu <\/strong>softkey.<\/li>
  3. Use the Navigation Pad<\/strong> or press the #3 Keypad <\/strong>to open the Preferences.<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Use the Navigation Pad<\/strong> or press the #3 Keypad <\/strong>to open the Sound Settings.<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Once the Sound Settings <\/strong>are open, press the Change <\/strong>softkey and scroll using the Navigation Pad. <\/strong><\/li>
  6. You can press the Preview <\/strong>softkey to hear the different sounds, once you have found the sound you like, press the Select <\/strong>softkey.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
