Before we start, remember to contact your Zoom account manager and request they enable \u201cOther\/Generic\u201d common area phone type. Keep this popup open.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Make sure to download all the certificates listed which will be needed for device configuration.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>There you have it!
