If you have been using Grandstream, Yealink, Aastra, or Polycom, you owe yourself a peek at the <strong>Panasonic SIP Phone Lineup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What Makes Panasonic the Same<\/h2>\n<p>Just like the others out there, Panasonic offers all the great features you have come to expect in a decent SIP Phone:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PoE<\/li>\n<li>Dual 10\/100 Ethernet Ports<\/li>\n<li>HD Voice<\/li>\n<li>Full Duplex Speakerphone<\/li>\n<li>Call Waiting<\/li>\n<li>BLF<\/li>\n<li>Three-Way Conference<\/li>\n<li>Integration with other IP-Enabled devices such as intercoms, cameras, and door phones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Deskphone Linecard currently has\u00a0four models available ranging from entry level to management-type. The Panasonic SIP lineup even includes a DECT phone. The <strong>Panasonic KX-TGP550<\/strong> is a <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tgp500\">deskphone\/DECT Phone hybrid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Similar to the Aastra CT models, the <strong>TGP550<\/strong> includes a Wired deskphone with a <a title=\"Panasonci KX-TPA50 DECT Handset\" href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tpa50b04\">KX-TPA50 DECT handset<\/a>. The <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tgp500\">DECT system will support up to\u00a0three simultaneous calls and up to\u00a0eight DID&#8217;s<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Panasonic SIP Phones Features<\/h2>\n<p>Main features of Panasonic SIP phones include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 x 10\/100 Ethernet Ports (All models except KX-UT113B Deskphone and KX-TPA50 Dect handset)<\/li>\n<li>PoE Enabled, order power supply separately<\/li>\n<li>HD Voice Equipped<\/li>\n<li>Bright Backlit LCD (All except KX-UT113B)<\/li>\n<li>Support for G.711, G.722, G.726, and G.729a codecs<\/li>\n<li>KX-UT136B and KX-UT133B support Plantronics EHS for wireless headsets<\/li>\n<li>2.5mm Headset Port<\/li>\n<li>Asterisk\/open-source, Broadsoft, and Broadworks certified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Makes Panasonic Different<\/h2>\n<p>You will not find a Panasonic deskphone that comes in different colors or that offers a colored LCD display &#8211; YET. The five models of Panasonic desk phones all have the basic and enhanced features you would expect from a high quality SIP Phones but not the luxury features. They are all business.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The one thing I like about this line is that all the buttons on the phone are labeled with words. Maybe if you are 21 you may instinctively know what all the icons on your phone mean but there are some that I still don&#8217;t know. For the average working adult, it is much easier to have a function key labeled with words rather than with a picture.<\/p>\n<p>The keys are sturdy and spaced well and the backlit LCD is clear with a larger than average font. This phone is not delicate. It is heavy and, well,\u00a0sturdy; something you will not be replacing every few years. And in the unlikely event that it is defective, it will be covered under a 2 year warranty &#8211; not your typical 1 year warranty.<\/p>\n<p>If you are the type that likes to throw things, you will be pleasantly surprised with the durability of the Panasonic SIP Phones, but you should get <a title=\"VoIP Supply Go3 Warranty\" href=\"\/services\/go3\">VoIP Supply&#8217;s Go3 No-Questions-Asked 3 year warranty<\/a> just to be sure!<\/p>\n<h2>Understanding\u00a0Panasonic Model Differences<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a class=\"post-thumbnail\" href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut136-b\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"\/media\/catalog\/product\/k\/x\/kx-ut136-b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"162\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a>KX-UT136B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Deskphone KX-UTxxx\u00a0Linecard has\u00a0four models.\u00a0 The <strong>Panasonic KX-UT136B<\/strong> is the <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut136-b\">management level SIP Phone<\/a> featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>242 x 109 pixel,\u00a0six line backlit LCD display<\/li>\n<li>Adjustable deskstand<\/li>\n<li>Dual 10\/100 Ethernet ports<\/li>\n<li>3\/5mm Plantronics EHS port<\/li>\n<li>52 function keys including\u00a012 write-in feature keys that can be programmed as you wish.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to\u00a0hold up to\u00a0four SIP Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KX-UT133<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Panasonic KX-UT133<\/strong> has all the same features as the KX-UT136B except it only <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut133-b\">has a\u00a0three line, 242&#215;55 pixel backlit display<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KX-UT123B<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"\/media\/catalog\/product\/k\/x\/kx-ut113b_1.jpg\" alt=\"Panasonic KX-UT133 \/ KX-UT123B \/ KX-UT113B\" width=\"162\" height=\"162\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Panasonic KX-UT123B<\/strong> will represent up to\u00a0two SIP Accounts and features a 242&#215;55, three line, white backlit display. It has <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut123-b\">28 feature keys and does not have an adjustable desk mount<\/a>. Like the KX133 and KX136, the KX123 has <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut123-b\">PoE, 2 x 10\/100 Ethernet Ports, and features HD Voice<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KX-UT113B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The entry level <strong>Panasonic KX-UT113B<\/strong> is basically the same as the KX-123B with\u00a0two exceptions. First, this phone has a non-backlit display. Secondly, it only has a single 10\/100 Ethernet Port. With the priced-right UT113 you still <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-ut113-b\">enjoy HD Voice, up to\u00a0two SIP accounts, and all the normal SIP phone features at a fraction of the price<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"\/media\/catalog\/product\/k\/x\/kx-tgp550.jpg\" alt=\"Panasonic KX-TGP550\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>KX-TGP550<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Panasonic KX-TGP550<\/strong> is the <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tgp550t04\">deskphone\/DECT phone hybrid<\/a>. The TGP550 system includes a <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tgp550t04\">wired deskphone with\u00a0two SIP accounts and a KX-TPA50 DECT Phone with\u00a0one SIP account<\/a>. The deskphone acts as the base for the TPA50 DECT phone and accordingly you can add up to 6 total handsets to each deskset. It has all the same features as the rest of the KT-UT line with the advantage of offering a wireless option. Each DECT system can have up to 8 DID&#8217;s and up to 3 simultaneous calls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KX-TGP500<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t need a corded deskphone? The <strong>Panasonic KX-TGP500<\/strong> is a <a href=\"\/panasonic-kx-tgp500\">standalone DECT phone that includes the base station and TPA50 DECT handset<\/a>.
