The X500 gives users the option to add a USB or Bluetooth cartridge in order to use the X500 with a softphone application.

The JPL Element X500 is a versatile headset system that gives users the options to select either Bluetooth or USB connections, monaural or binaural headbands and even provides the ability to switch from a single ear headband to a dual headband during a call!  

The X500 has a modular design that allows users to replace only the speaker/ microphone or headband is one should break outside of warranty rather than having to replace the entire headset. Replacing only part versus the whole unit offers is cost savings and a longer life for the headset itself, reducing the cost of ownership.
