The Algo 1198 Satellite Speaker, although looks similar to the Algo 8198 SIP PoE+ Speaker, and has the same features that work hand in hand with each other. The Algo 1198 Satellite Ceiling Speaker is ideally suited for retail stores, airports, schools, offices, and anywhere where an announcement needs to be made. The Algo 8198 SIp PoE+ SIP Ceiling Speaker saves you money when combined with one or many Algo 1198 Speakers are daisy-chained together through a CAT5/CAT6 standard patch cable. The Algo 1198 Satellite Speakers are detected when the Algo 8198 Speakers are setup up instantly. The number of satellite speakers attached together can be located in the web GUI or the Algo 8300 Supervision Controller if it's deployed. 

Note: The Algo 1198 Satellite Speaker is not a stand-alone speaker solution. It is designed to be connected to an Algo satellite system, powered by an Algo 8198 IP PoE+ Ceiling Speaker
