The Netgear GS516TP is a ProSafe 16-port Smart Switch with PoE on eight ports and PoE and PD capability operational at the same time. The GS516TP has Auto Voice VLAN for VoIP deployment, Smart Control Center, and standards based technology for interoperability with an existing network.

The family of Netgear ProSAFE smart switches works well for businesses doing network upgrades, or who are looking to develop VoIP and IP Surveillance, or to converge wired and wireless networks. ProSAFE smart switches includes switches in the following ranges: Fast Ethernet, Gigabit, and 10-Gigabit deployments, as well as PoE and stacking options. 

The Netgear GS516TP can connect your office with advanced comprehensive features such as individual VLANs for phones, a wireless network, and surveillance network. This Smart PoE Switch has solid performance with a non-blocking architecture, 8K MAC address table, 256 VLANs, and Host ARP table for 1024 in Switch mode, approximately 100 in Router mode. The GS516TP has a PoE budget of up to 76w.
