What is 3CX Annual Licensing?

3CX annual licensing is a subscription-based payment plan. It gives users a single, simple recurring payment on the same date each year.The price is based on the number of simultaneous calls you require and the 3CX editions.

Some key benefits of having 3CX annual subscription include:

• No upfront cost from 3CX – easy to approve and adopt
• Additional license sizes – easy to scale up and down
• Lower ongoing costs – better value and no maintenance

About Trial Keys

As a partner of ours, you are able to provide trial keys to potential customers from the partner portal. 

• Go to partner portal > Keys > Create Try Licence
• Size based on the number of extensions required
• Expiry date will be set to 40 days 
• Standard license 1st year free!

Some Important Notes:

• The clock starts ticking on an annual licence from the date of activation 
• You can purchase multiple years of an annual licence at once! 
• You can renew annual licences for an additional year at any point 
• Upgrades are always available – 
  • You pay the difference between your old and new licence for the remainder of the term 
  • Your renewal date remains the same 
• Downgrades are possible on your expiry date
