How to Add a Party to a Group Call on the Konftel 300IP 

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Press the phone icon – this will show you the line menu with the name of your accounts and lines that are already busy with displayed
2. Select the account you wish to use for the new call and press OK or the handset icon
3. Dial the new number you are trying to add to the group
4. Press the Conference icon button 
5. Now all lines will be merged into a multi-party call
