How to Record Calls with Yealink’s WH6X Series Headsets

Yealik’s WH6X Series DECT headsets allow users to be connected to multiple devices at once so that you can switch between your mobile device and PC or MAC seamlessly. Plus, recording a call is very easy!

Let us walk you through the easy steps:

Make sure your USB cable is connected between the base and your PC
Note that you need to have additional recording software on the computer
Now go in your Yealink USB Connect
Find “Device Settings” on the left side menu
Enable “Call Recording”

On easy step #2, do you have any suggestions for the necessary call recording software? Or do you mean network recording software such as Calabrio or similar?
