How to Record Calls with Yealink’s WH6X Series Headsets

Knowing how to record a call is more important than ever! Whether you need to comply with laws regarding customer consent or to review important meetings, the WH6X Series headsets will not disappoint you!

Yealik’s WH6X Series DECT headsets allow users to be connected to multiple devices at once so that you can switch between your mobile device and PC or MAC seamlessly. Plus, recording a call is very easy! 

Let us walk you through the easy steps:

  1. Make sure your USB cable is connected between the base and your PC
  2. Note that you need to have additional recording software on the computer
  3. Now go in your Yealink USB Connect
  4. Find “Device Settings” on the left side menu
  5. Enable “Call Recording”
