Broadvoice Microsoft Teams Integration 

With broadvoice’s new integration, you are able to make inbound and outbound calls directly within the MS Teams application.

This new integration is designed for users who are using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and require the ability to place or receive calls outside of Teams ecosystem. 

If you have customers using Microsoft suite of services including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint, and more, this integration will give them the ability to accomplish the following:
