Changing The Ringtone on Your Polycom VVX 400 Series Phone

One easy way to break the “cookie-cutter” office vibe at work is to change up the ringtone on your desk phone. If you are using a VVX 400 series polycom, follow these quick steps to personalize your workspace!

From the home screen, select Settings, then select Basic, followed by Ring Type.

*If there are multiple lines configured on your desk phone, you must select what line you would like to apply the ringtone to.

Once you are on the Ring Type screen, you can then use the Up and Down arrow keys to choose your ringtone! Simply press play to sample the ringtones when making your choice!

Lastly, in case you are wondering, the default ringtone for the Polycom VVX 400 series is Low Trill.
