Boxes in good shape get shipped back out and all the others are taken by a recycling company that pays us to pick them up so, we save on the cost of a cardboard dumpster. We haven’t purchased peanuts or bubble wrap in 5 years because they’re easily reused and paper void-fill is also very cost effective. Also, work on your box size versus product size because express shipping will charge based on dimensional weight (DIM) so, it’s a good idea to have a variety of box sizes on hand to reduce that cost.
