How to Set Up Remote Door Opening with Fanvil i52W & i10V

Fanvil i52W is an indoor station with 7-inch color screen and rich interfaces. It is a great device to be used in residential areas, villas, office buildings and other places for receiving calls and communicating through the door phone and achieving remote door-opening. 

The Fanvil i52W works with Fanvil i10V to allow remote door-opening. Today, we are going to show you how to set up this function easily! 

How to Set Up Remote Door-Opening with Fanvil i52W & i10V

Remote door-opening function keeps your facility secure and allows your visitors to enter without hassle. Here are the easy steps to set up this function on Fanvil’s i52W:

1. First you need to open a web browser and input i10V’s IP address in browser 
2. Now you will see a screen that allows you to put in login username and password. 

(The default username and password are both ‘admin’ )

3. Once you are logged in, go to the ‘Function Key’ page on the left menu. 
4. Select one DSS key and set DTMF as its ‘Type’
5. Add remote DTMF trigger code in ‘Value’. (The default DTMF Trigger Code is ‘1234’. You can change it to a different code.)
6. Now click ‘Apply’

Now you are ready to go! When the i10V receives calls with the i52W, simply press the DSS key you just set up on the i52W and it will allow the i10V to open its door immediately.
