Locking the Keypad on the Snom D725

Going on a vacation? Going to be out of the office all day?

Did you know that the Snom 700 model phone has a feature that allows you to lock your keypad? It’s very simple to use! All you have to do is push and hold the (…*) button on the keypad. Hold it down for a few seconds until a Lock icon appears on the phone’s screen.

Once the phone is locked, the keypad will be disabled. The phone will remain locked until you, of course, unlock it. To do this, you simply push and hold the (…*) button again. Once the phone is unlocked, you will be required to enter you Voicemail PIN. Once your Voicemail PIN is entered, everything will be set back to normal and you can get back to work.
