Did you know that Patton’s SmartNode Series of enterprise session border controllers (SBCs) are certified to support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing?

Direct Routing is a Microsoft Teams feature that enables interconnection between the UC software and any SIP or PSTN services a company wishes to use

With this certification, Microsoft Teams users can now employ an external SIP or PSTN communication service provider for external calls while taking advantage of the benefits of the unified communications platform.
