  • 350 vs. 250: I am told that the 350 can send a voice mail message directly to my email and the 250 cannot. Is this true? because it looks like from your charge the only diff is the number of lines and size of the screen.

    • You can set this up within the phone but you also need to make sure your PBX is set up to handle this feature. Through the phone you would do the following steps. Again, you will then need to check the setting within your VoIP system to ensure it can handle this feature.

      VVX side:

      To enable voicemail to email on a Polycom VVX phone, you can do the following:
      On the home page, click the My Extensions icon
      Select an extension
      Scroll to the Voicemail PIN and Greetings section
      Check the box for Send Voicemail to Email
      Enter the desired email address
      Click Save
