I've been using Thirdlane's PBX Manager for over 3 years. I include it in all of my installations. It allows me to fully customize the installation to maximize the benefits to my clients, yet allow me to turn it over to them for routine maintenance.

Thirdlane is very responsive and the product is under active development always increasing the value proposition over time.
