VTech Closes Acquisition of German-based Snom Technology AG

November 21st, 2016, VTech Holdings Limited, a leading manufacturer of cordless phones and electronic educational toys, announced that they have completed the acquisition of German-based Snom Technology AG.

Known for its robust telecommunication equipment designed for certified professional IT installer, Snom is a German-based corporation and an industry leader of enterprise VoIP telephones since 1996 selling through distributors across the world.

The acquisition of Snom started from October 21st, 2016 and the transition was completed on November 21st 2016. Upon the completion, VTech Holdings Limited owns 100% of Snom Technology AG’s share capital and Snom becomes indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of VTech.
