Ive had my b250-xts for over a year ! It pairs with my phone but wont connect to talk ! Whats the problem ? Im a trucker ! I need it
This is most likely a setting on your phone, you should check to see if you can make the headset the default. Is this headset even compatible with Samsung Galaxy A50? I've tried searching for it and even left it on, the headset will turn off and it still won't find it. It connects to an iPhone immediately.

The BlueParrott B250-XT are compatible via Bluetooth, so make sure you have your Bluetooth setting turned on and pair the headset. Let us know if you need help with anything else!
