Excellent value
I am using the latest firmware. Past revisions have had several problems.

Pros: SIP compliance, ease of configuration w/ tool, PAGING support, BLF support, price, PoE, XML and configuration support with HTTP, G.722 codec,

Cons: Keypad buttons not spaced for fast dialing, handset cord too short, Ethernet cable too fat and short, no REDIAL key

Good price for the phone
Had the phone for about a month now and so far no mayor complaints. The only thing that I miss from the old system is that you can see when others are on the phone.

Good phone for the price
Good features, but seems to have complications often.

Not completely satisfied
The direct transfer on this phone is great. However the anounce a call feature has to many steps to it. Polycomm has it beat on this one feature.
