  1. What is Reclaim?

Reclaim is VoIP Supply’s equipment buyback program. RECLAIM is designed for companies and individuals who possess used or excess VoIP hardware, and wish to “reclaim” a portion of their original investment in this equipment by selling it to VoIP Supply.

  2. Is all equipment eligible for sale through the Reclaim program?

No. Not all equipment is eligible for sale to VoIP Supply through the Reclaim program. Equipment that is non-working or damaged is not eligible for sale through the Reclaim program. In addition, due to market factors, not all want to sell requests will receive a buyback offer.

  3. What equipment is eligible for the Reclaim program?

It depends. In general most clean working VoIP endpoints and systems are considered eligible for a buyback offer. Equipment buyback eligibility is based upon market demand and current inventory levels. A complete list of most wanted VoIP hardware can be found here.

  4. Do I (Seller) have to warranty Equipment sold?

Yes. Seller will agree to a thirty (30) day equipment warranty (from day of receipt by VoIP Supply).

  5. At what point does VoIP Supply own the Equipment?

All Equipment titles shall vest in VoIP Supply upon receipt and acceptance by VoIP Supply.

  6. How long will it take to receive my payment or credit?

Seller will receive check or a store credit within ten (10) days of notification by VoIP Supply of satisfactory testing and inspection of all Equipment, unless alternate terms are stated in writing. Seller reserves the right to designate check or store credit payout option.

  7. What if my equipment does not pass inspection and testing?

In the event that equipment sent to VoIP Supply does not pass testing and inspection, VoIP Supply will attempt to return said Equipment to the Seller at the Sellers expense. Seller has 10 days from the date a Product Refusal Notification from VoIP Supply is received to request and submit payment for the return of Equipment. If Seller does not request and submit payment for the return of refused product within 10 days of receipt of the Product Refusal Notification, Equipment titles shall vest in VoIP Supply allowing VoIP Supply to dispose of the Equipment according to applicable laws and regulations.

  8. What happens if my equipment is damaged or lost in shipment?

Risk of lost or damage during shipment shall remain with the Seller until delivery, inspection, testing and acceptance at VoIP Supply’s facility.

  9. Can I get a piece of Equipment back and or a piece of information from a product sold through Reclaim?

Once your buyback Equipment is received, VoIP Supply cannot, and does not guarantee, that it will be able to honor any request for return of the Equipment and/or any data or information contained in such Equipment unless the equipment does not pass inspection and testing.
