The DP-L10 works like a standard cell phone - any GSM SIM card will work- and cell features such as MMS, e-mail and WAP browsing both over a cellular and a WLAN interface. Whether at home or in office, the DP-L10's WiFi capability allows customers to enjoy services and applications at higher speeds and lower cost. <>/p>
The DP-L10 comes with a User manual, Li-lon Battery, travel charger with mini-USB plug, CD with PC utility, mini USB cable and headset with earphone/microphone for a complete communications package.

DP-L10 sucks
If anything can go wrong with this phone it will.
1. OS freezes while reading email.
2. Can't delete all emails from POP server. Deletes some and then stops picking messages when to many messages accumulate on the POP server.
3. Ask if you want to delete emails and then starts deleteing for hours and nothing happens. You can take incoming call though.
4. The clock is a joke too. No daylight saving time. Leaving in Ottawa - Canada I need to use Caracas time zone to compensate for EST DST. If clock synchronized with NTP server it works until the phone is turned off. Then it is 13 minutes slow after the phone is turned on again. You have to run "World Time" app and chose your time zone to catch up the lost 13 minutes.
5. Alarm - it work sometimes.
6. Pirelli online support nonexistent.
7. Most public hotspots require browser to log on. None is available in this phone for this puprpose. Oh, there is WAP (Worthless Application Protocol) browser but this one cannot be used to connect.
------Good Things--------
1. It works as a phone when not frozen.
2. You can always pull the battery out to reboot.
-------Overall--------------
IPOD TOUCH (which is not a phone) with ASTERBIT softphone is a better voip phone than DP-L10. (IPOD does the SSID surveys and connects automatically when one walks through the city.)
