Simple Free/Busy Lights/Speed Dial
This is a basic free/busy light speed dial bank. lights are green when the line is not currently on a call and it is red when the line is currently on a call.
I would prefer if the lights were only green if the phone was ready to receive a call though. (if the person picks up their phone or unplugs their phone, the light is still green because they aren't on the line)
I am guessing this is a limitation of my PBX or my knowledge of how to configure this device.
The other reviewer likely had an issue with an older model of some other grandstream product and decided to vent here as this isn't a phone and his review doesn't apply. Perhaps grandstream was terrible years ago, but I've been incredibly impressed with them over the past 2 years.
Absolutely, hands down, worst phone ever.
This was the worst investment ever. Not only is there no support from Grandstream themselves but even certified VoIP technicians were able to get this phone to work. Please see http://www.grandstreamsucks.com/ and you can even google grandstream quality and get evidence for yourself.
