Have a Question?
Never use these as Enterprise solution
Always bad Echo on thee phones and polycom working perfectly so i would never recommend this for companies, for home they must be ok.
Configured two of these phones for use on a Allworx system, works flawlessly!
Great Value, Poor Security
The phone limits the length and characters for the SIP password. Use of the internet for SIP connections (such as remote users) increase the risk of hacking. For use in a secure network, this is less of an issue.
The phone received has odd ring tones such as you would find in a Japanese model phone.
Only one phone profile, one line. Works great for more simplified use and for the price is spot on. Don't expect a busy business user to juggle conference calls, or work with multiple lines actively. It just won't happen.
Great for making and receiving calls; the basics!
Never Turning Back from Unidata
I was so pleasantly surprised that I actually have to write a review which I don't usually spend the time to do. For really savvy customers, they know the Polycoms and Ciscos of the world but the cost of those things is ridiculous. The audio quality of the Unidata is very good and reliable. After reading up on the company, they have been making voip products for many years and it is obviously mature after testing. I have had these working on Avaya, NEC, Asterisk, Epygi, 3CX and many more systems. I am never turning back and finally feel confident in proposing a WiFi solution over DECT! Give this one a try and you will not be disappointed.
Truly the top performer
If you have tried a good number of WiFi phones on the market, you may have been pretty disappointed. The only exceptions are from really well known vendors but aren't price competitive. The Unidata has the very best audio performance from any WiFi phone on the market. There's a reason why millions of people are using this exact device in Korea as their largest service provider- LG Dacom has standardized on the Unidata. The color LCD makes it look very sleek and modern and the new speakerphone function that was added works very well. I have tested this on nearly every major PBX on the market without any issues. Easy to Auto Provision and the battery life is very good, as long as you're connected to a network. Don't waste your time or money on the others!
