Everything connects and appears that it will work, but after a few minutes of attempting to update (stuck at 0%), I get an error that says the file is the incorrect one for this device. There is no option to select the file it downloads. How do I fix this?

Is there anyway to use my PLT Focus on Linux with Chromium or Chrome? It doesn’t recognize the microphone, only the BT600. Thx for your time.

Thank you so much! I was able to update my firmware, it was never updated since I got it years ago, hopefully this will solve the disconnection issues I’ve been having.
