How to Factory Reset the Fanvil i6 Series Door Phones

Need a fresh start on your i-Series door phone? It’s easy!
Before you start, you have to understand that restoring the factory settings will delete all configurations, database and configuration files on the device. After the reset, your device will be restored to factory default state. There’s no going back!
Alright, let’s get started:
- Go to [System] >> [Configuration] >> [Reset Phone]
- On the Reset Phone page, simply click the [Reset] button
- Now your device will return to the factory default state
