Note: All 3CX free trials will be deactivated 2 months post-activation, meaning they will stop working. This also includes POCs, meaning at the end of the trial, the subscriptions will no longer be downgraded - these systems will be deactivated.

Customers using a 3CX FREE must be upgraded to a PRO/ENT subscription by the end of the trial, to continue using a 3CX Dedicated. Once expired, the 3CX FREE subscriptions will still appear in your portal. You will thereafter be able to upgrade them to a paid subscription.

Alternatively, customers who do not require a PRO/ENT subscription can use 3CX FREE which has no expiration date. 3CX FREE is free forever with up to 10 users.
