Buggy software, Inconvenient headset jack
Doesn't work well with our pbx (sipXecs) -- phone crashes frequently. Polycom recommended the 8030 as more robust.
The headset jack is located on the bottom, which means you can't have the headset plugged in while the phone is charging.
Hard to set up but work very well.
The tftp issue is a bother. I cannot get them to tftp anything but firmware if off of our local network.
Very Sturdy phone. Everyone here likes them.
