AudioCodes ACTS 24x7 Technical Support Program
AudioCodes ACTS24x7 includes level 2-4 remote technical support for a 12 month period for deployed products. Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for problems of urgent priority level and Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (customer local time in North America, holidays excluded) for all other priority levels.
ACTS 24x7 does not include remote installation or installation help.
