If you do not see this icon you first need to log in. If you still do not see this icon then you need to contact your sales representative to gain access to the CloudSpan dashboard.

Getting new service is easy! Just click the button in the top-right of the CloudSpan Dashboard, choose a provider, and answer a few questions!

Accounts and Locations help you stay organized! We understand that our customers service a variety of other businesses and their respective locations. With these tools, you can add an account for each business that you service, as well as the various locations that they operate out of. Once established, you can assign your CloudSpan Licenses to these accounts and locations so you never lose track of how things are set up.

No. When you delete an account (or location) any assigned licenses will become unassigned and can be accessed by clicking the "Licenses" or "Hosting" link on the sidebar. You can then re-assign them as needed.

Not at all! Where you choose to host is up to you! We do our best to offer the right-sized hosting plan for whatever service you may need, but you are more than welcome to use your own solution.
