Upgrading from Switchvox Silver to Switchvox Gold carries obvious benefits... kind of like upgrading from a Fiesta to a Taurus. As with any active subscription, you get software upgrades as they become available and updates including bug fixes with both Switchvox Silver and Gold. However, with Gold, you receive telephone tech support during business hours. This can be very handy and helpful, especially when you have sequestered yourself in your server closet and resigned to not come out until the problem is resolved. If you try that with just the email tech support that Switchvox Silver gets you, it may be a long day....
To Upgrade from Swithvox Silver to Switchvox Gold, first match your upgrades to the number of current Silver users you have. Then add new Gold subscriptions for any new users you want to add.
