Switchvox Platinum Subscription
The Switchvox Platinum User licenses allow your workforce to stay up-to-date with new releases. Switchvox Platinum Subscriptions offer (1) a user extension license, (2) Unlimited Email Support. Unlimited Business Hours* Phone Support, 5 free incidents of out-of-business hours Emergency Phone Support.
*Business hours are 9am - 6pm PST.
Switchvox Subscriptions include 2 things:
- - Technical Support: Your subscription level (Silver, Gold, Platinum) indicates the level of technical support service you will have access to.
- - User Extension License: Subscriptions at all levels (Silver, Gold, & Platinum) also make it possible for you to add extensions to your Switchvox. Therefore you will need a Subscription at the level of your choice for each user or extension on the system.
TO CHOOSE THE SWITCHVOX SILVER LICENSES YOU WILL NEED:
- (1) USING DENOMINATIONS OF 1, 5, 25, OR 100 DETERMINE WHICH PACKS YOU NEED TO COVER ALL YOUR PHONE USERS.
- (2) DETERMINE IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW LICENSE, A 1 YEAR RENEWAL, A 2 YEAR RENEWAL OR A 4 YEAR RENEWAL
- (3) CHOOSE THE CORRECT DENOMINATIONS, QUANTITIES AND PACKAGES FROM THE DROP DOWN MENUS BELOW.
Remember, all Switchvox appliances ship with 10 Silver Subscriptions for 1 year. If you need Platinum licenses, please make sure you have upgraded from Silver to Platinum first.
