Viking Electronics Secure Relay Controller SRC-1

The Viking SRC-1 Secure Relay Controller allows a standard touch-tone phone to securely activate timed relay contacts for controlling a door strike or gate at a remote location. Fully user-programmable and equipped with non-volatile memory, the SRC-1 prevents unauthorized activation by blocking code entry through the entry phone using a handheld tone dialer.

Designed for compatibility, the SRC-1 includes a switchable 32V talk battery to support Viking’s E-Series entry phones, W-Series doorboxes, and K-Series hot-line or panel phones.

Installed between the entry phone and a secure phone, the SRC-1 rejects touch tones from the entry point and only triggers the relay when the correct user-programmed activation code is entered from the secure phone.

Additionally, the SRC-1 supports up to 32 user-defined keyless entry codes (1 to 6 digits) for operation directly from the entry phone—this feature can be disabled via programming for enhanced security.
