The Digium Asterisk Support model 814-00014 offers support for any Asterisk v1.4 or later based platform. 814-00014 offers support for 1 year, up to 10 Asterisk servers, and an unlimited amount of incidents for up to 3 IT contracts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Support coverage for 1 year.
